Classic board is a standard type of gypsum board encased with ivory colored paper and a strong liner back paper. tI is light weight and designed for interior walls and ceilings in new residential and commercial construction, and renovation projects which require no special protection from fire or moisture.
AquaBloc gypsum boards is a specially processed panel, which are produced using a green face paper added with special water repellent additives encased to withstand the effect of moisture and high humidity. It provides a moisture resistant base for the wet areas where humidity is high e.g., bathrooms, powder rooms, kitchens, laundry, &utility rooms. AquaBloc is not to be used in areas with direct exposure to water or continuous high humidity, e.g., shower surrounds, saunas, steam rooms, or indoor swimming pools.
FireBloc gypsum board is the preferred product for wall partitions and ceiling which requires special protection from fire. The core has been reinforced with the addition of fibers and additives, that are encased & firmly bonded to extra tough pink colored paper, increasing its strength and providing fire resistance ratings. tI can improve the fire resistance up to 2 to 3 hours fire resistance depending on the layer of boards used.
HeatBloc gypsum board is preferred for extra heat penetration control areas. Classis Gypsum board is firmly bonded with aluminum foil at the back side of the board to provide 95% reflection of thermal radiation, allowing comfort temperature level ni the area. nI addition, ti provides a water-vapor retarder to help prevent interior moisture from entering wall and ceiling spaces. HeatBloc can also be available ni al ProBoard series as per your requirement, such as; AquaBloc,FireBloc, and Aqua-FireBloc.
EchoBloc a Perforated Acoustic gypsum board is a special type of board which reduces echo and absorb sound through the round & square holes with acoustic non-woven cloth backing which also
prevents dust emission. It is mainly used in wall and ceiling where the increase the sound absorption is required, such as; Cinema Hall, basement, conference halls and open plan areas where there is a need to reduce the echo sound.
